The Story

The South Texas facility is the largest project to-date in scope and scale that Target Hospitality has built. Much like our other lodges, the STFRC followed our DDBOOM process, developed and built specifically to suit the needs our customer. This facility is one-of-a-kind and has it all – from dining facilities to classrooms; courtrooms to chapels; indoor courts to a library; it even has a fully functional infirmary with medical and dental services, full x-ray capabilities, medical isolation unit and pharmacy.

Key Challenges

Remote location. Record rainfall in an otherwise arid region. Aggressive schedule.

The Extra Mile

Despite 76 weather days, we delivered the project ahead of schedule.
