Winter, flu season, and a global pandemic – are you ready?

If you’ve ever talked to someone who has stayed at one of our lodges, it’s almost guaranteed that they remarked on how good the food is. We’re proud that Target Culinary™ is a guest-favorite. Don’t underestimate just how important it is as part of your recruitment and retention strategy – nutritious and delicious meals help boost productivity and morale. But as winter comes, it’s time to remind folks about another issue – healthy workers during flu season and a lingering global pandemic.

In Spring 2020, as the global pandemic spread fear and disrupted business, we were out front and proactively able to pivot to a comprehensive cleaning protocol that incorporated evolving CDC best practices. Nobody responded faster than we did:

  • Securing and distributing PPE (such as gloves and masks)
  • Sourcing chemicals used for sanitizing
  • Following best practices for sanitizing which surfaces how often
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to meet and exceed local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Implementing quarantining protocols (feeding and lodging quarantined guests safely)
  • Training employees, creating guides, and sharing resources with partners & clients to keep operations running safely

Coming on two years later, and we continue to optimize our processes and deliver the cleanest, safest, most productive facilities to keep your workforce healthy, happy, and productive.

Our main mission is to help our partners around the world achieve their full potential – don’t risk your winter productivity by settling for less.

Cleanliness and hygiene have always been important – but the global pandemic further reinforced the value of creating safe environments. And in a tight labor market, it’s hard enough to recruit and retain great workers. You can’t afford to let winter make things worse. That’s where we come in.

Fully trained professionals committed to best practices

Use and availability of all specified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Frequent and thorough patrols that run like clockwork

Route and schedule optimization that would make a commercial pilot proud

Training, Process, Verification: the three pillars that underpin our commitment to the tiniest of details

Of course, a fresh-squeezed glass of orange juice (with no sugar added – we’re talking straight up oranges into glasses here!) with all its natural Vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants is a guest-favorite that lends to our reputation for great meals and probably helps a bit with the winter sniffles.
