Troy Schrenk

Troy Schrenk leads the commercial strategy, business development, government relations, public relations and marketing for Target Hospitality. With more than 20 years of industry experience, his deep knowledge of the construction, housing, and hospitality industries is combined with a tenacious commitment to forging strong, loyal partner relationships.

Troy’s deep professional experience fuels a team-oriented approach focused on creating and delivering value for our clients. Drawing on his consultative and analytic expertise, Troy fosters a collaborative team culture that prioritizes creativity and relationship while maximizing the substantive expertise of all team members to deliver solutions for our clients. This relentless commitment to solving client challenges has continuously lead to higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Troy began his business and leadership career in 2000 with Fortune 200 Company Centex Homes and, in 2006, joined the largest private home building firm in Northern Nevada, Reynen and Bardis Communities Inc. In 2008, he joined The D.C Pantell Real Estate Development Group, working with clients across the Western U.S. specializing in residential and commercial development. After completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Boise State University, he became Senior Business Development Manager for Guerdon Enterprises, the premier modular design-build construction firm in the Western U.S.

Throughout his career, Troy has led teams that have consistently achieved record sales by generating new and durable customer relationships. Troy works out of our Houston office.
