Bringing relentless care to our world.

At Target Hospitality we relentlessly care.

About delivering on the details and never backing down from a challenge.
About using resources responsibly and acting with integrity.
We relentlessly care because we know we are capable of making a real difference.

Since 1978, we’ve been in the business of relentlessly serving others, and now we’re on a journey to do our part in addressing environmental and social challenges within our communities.

ENVIRONMENT

Our operations strive to enable our employees + customers to lessen their footprint.

With 20 sites and 8,000 rooms within a 50-minute drive throughout the Permian Basin, Target Hospitality has more locations closer to you than any other provider. Just another way we reduce environmental footprints.
Building and operating first-class facilities takes a first-class team that values people above all.
PEOPLE

Our diverse employees and network of partners support one another and the local communities in which we operate.

SAFETY

Our safety processes and protocols are engrained throughout our operations to ensure our people and communities are protected.

Target Hospitality provides all the security measures you and your teams need to get through the day and sleep through the night.
Target Hospitality has a keen sense of corporate citizenship toward the communities and environments, both social and ecological, in which we operate
GOVERNANCE

Our company acts with integrity at every level and grows through high standards of excellence.

Brad Archer - President & Chief Executive Officer

“At Target Hospitality, we care deeply about the people and places where we work. Since 1978, our mission of relentlessly serving others has always guided the way we show up and make an impact on our local communities and environment.”

– Brad Archer, President & CEO

In 2022, 80% of Target Hospitality's employees
represented multicultural* talent.
Our field operations are eliminating
plastic water bottles, plastic bags,
and reducing waste hauling levels.
Target is a partner to the communities where we
operate—working with federal, state, and local
municipalities to provide safe, clean, and
compassionate hospitality solutions
for vulnerable populations.
From full kitchens to comfortable guest rooms,
our modular facilities can be relocated and
refurbished to reduce material waste
and fit a variety of clients’ needs.
In Tioga, North Dakota, we restored a 40-acre,
1,000-bed site by removing infrastructure
then re-grading and reseeding the land
to return it back to its natural state.
Looking Ahead

As our company grows, we lead with a commitment to responsibly utilize resources and care for our personnel, communities, and environment.

While this has always been core to how we operate, we are actively working to measure and mitigate our emissions, track the diversity of our workforce, and maintain our standards of governance to drive value for our stakeholders.

We care about transparently sharing our goals and progress with you. Check back for more information about our evolving corporate responsibility strategy.
