Tracy is an Army veteran with over 20 years’ experience as a safety professional including experience in construction, general industry, hurricane response, and supply chain logistics. His projects have included commercial construction, oil and gas refinery Front End Engineering and Development (FEED) projects, military mission support, and safety support for numerous other federal government agencies.

He has managed safety for several multi-location operations and product lines in both US and international regions. His work-related travels include Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, UK, Germany, Norway, Japan, Singapore, Nigeria, Angola, Equatorial Guinea, and North America.

He has presented on Pipe Handling Safety at the American Society of Safety Professionals Region III professional development conference and the OSHA Oil and Gas conference in Houston, TX.                                                                                                                   

He has a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University, and holds the following professional certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), and Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) and is an OSHA authorized Outreach Trainer in both Construction and General Industry standards. He is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and has made presentations to the Region III ASSP professional development conference and to the OSHA Oil and Gas Safety Conference.
